The trygon's subterranean assault states that any tyranid infantry units arriving from reserve can use the tunnel.

Tyrant Guard are infantry. But what if a Hive Tyrant is with them? Can they not use the tunnel?

They can not, as the Tyrant is a MC.

No. The HT is an MC, and MC cannot use the Tunnel.

So, Tyrant Guard on their Own can, but with an attached HT is a no-no.

all the above are correct since the Shield wall rule doesnt remove the MC status of the tryant.
