It doesn't... but it doesn't need to, since unlike Heavy or RF weapons there are no restrictions on firing Ordnance and assaulting.

ordnance firing rules (if you fire ordnance you can't fire anything else, like the defiler flamer or autocannon) don't mention anything about moving or assaulting. the only physical movement firing the battlecannon takes away is the ability to run/fleet. charge away!
