id drop the primaris psyker to increase number of special weapons in both of the command squads to increase damage output. oterwise i like it though im not an infantry guy myself when it come to IG.

I agree with fuegan on the psyker... it adds another killpoint. I would strengthen the scoring units, like the PCS.

I think the primaris psyker is a good unit to take there were a lot of times were he won me the game but it all depends how you use him.

I for example used him for a lot of anti horde and he is also good at taking out enemy guardsmen, He can also put a dent on high toughness units ,plus he can pop a transport

It is a good unit to take if you have the points... otherwise he needs to buff his scoring units that are going to actually win games.

Looking good - 55 scoring squishies, some mobility, good balance of capabilities. I'd agree with dropping the PP for more weapons.

I'd also like the advocate for the dropping of the Primaris Psyker. At 1k it's more important to have meat to an army than tricks. Granted, your local meta may better support his use than mine. I'd also use those points to fill out your choices with special weapons. Also, I'd either add in another couple chimeras or drop the one you have. Otherwise it's an easy killpoint for an army is good AT. Plus, they know you'll have 3 plasma guns or 3 melta guns in there and nobody wants either of those guns close. Plasma pistol on the commissar won't do you alot of good. I'd leave him with a laspistol. Lastly, the vendetta I haven't been impressed with, but I've only just begun using it. With the list you have, I'd recommend it be a reserve unit for a late objective grab.

Well the ven is a great unit for its points but you have to use your wits to keep it alive It can be game changing,well at least it was for me before in a 750 tournment I popped 2 chimeras and slowed down the mech attack of a other guard army did the same to a sm player too
