Hi all,

I'm looking for some clarification on multiple assaults. I understand how the process works infantry to infantry, let's say, but does anything change when you start involving vehicles?

To be specific, a good buddy of mine plays Orks and runs two Trukks and a Battlewagon all huddled up, taking advantage of his Big Mekk's 6" force field. If I chose to, could my unit of Raptors assault all three in one phase? I'm aware I need to keep coherency still.

Secondly, if the above is possible, can I engineer the assault in such a way that my Champion (with Meltabombs) assaults the BW and the rest of the squad (with Krak grenades) are divided amongst the two trukks?

Cheers.

So long as you follow the rules for assaulting multiple units, then there is nothing different about assaulting vehicles.

On Dakka he was Eldanar. In our area, he was Lee. R.I.P., Lee Guthrie.

Yes and Yes, as long as you can move the models in such a way.

Be aware, though, that at the end of the initial assault phase, you have to pile-in with the other non-vehicle units (except walkers) ignoring any surviving vehicles (p 63, right column, end of first paragraph).
