Hi Guys

I have a question regarding Eldar swooping hawk Grenade packs and the Eldar psychic doom Doom.

Doom happens at the start of my turn and Reserves are rolled at the start of my movement phase (which as far as I can tell is the same as the start of my turn).

Does Doom or the reserves role happen first?

If Doom can be done before the reserves roll I assume it will work on a unit and then I can target them with the grenade pack.

If The reserves roll happens first does that mean I can use my Doom, Guide and Fortune the turn a Farseer arrives from reserve?

Any help regarding this is appreciated.

Thanks

Technically the Farseer powers go before the Reserves rolls go since the powers are at the "start of the turn" and reserves are the start of the movement phase.

If you doomed a unit then hit it with SWHGP then it would reroll to wound.

Cool thats what I was thinking (and want to do) but it is not really supported by RAW as 'the start of turn' doesn't really exist in 5th ed 40k.

40k doesn't really have an upkeep phase like most card games. The start of turn is the start of the movement phase according to the 5th ed 40k rulebook as no phase proceeds the movement phase.

Grammatically I can argue I use doom first however as far as I can tell based on RAW both actions happen at the same time in the turn hence my confusion.

Thanks.
