I was wonder if the 2+ mod from the black sword is included in the stats or not because the book says nothing but people argue that it is. Some solid answers are needed. Thanks

Its not a proposed rule, so belongs into YMDC.

Your answer is:

The sword adds +2 to his strength and this bonus isn't part of his statline.
Maybe read agin page 31 vof the BT codex. Should be not too confusing that a SM character with the usual strength profile
gets a bonus from a weapon.

um, yeah. the +2 S is NOT included in the profile. for all practial purposes the Black Sword is a Relic Blade that gets used one handed. toss this at them next time:

'Your (Power Fist/Power Klaw/Executioner/Big Choppa/WHATTHEHELLEVER) is included in the profile.'

its a really dumb attempt at nerfing you. it really is. but unless they're a jerk about it, they'll shut up. if they dont shut up, they'll argue. if they argue, find a different opponent.

I like that logic
