I think it's pretty solid but the autarch feels a bit useless. HOW about another farseer. Then you'll have two extra deadly DA squads. Also you should defiantly take a second prism if you already took one. I've said it before and I'll say it again, don't take bright lances, they suck. They're so pricey and even twin linked ones only give you a one in 12 shot at destroying AV12. A better way to spend does points is scatter lasers. If you really feel low on AT you could always add some jetlocks to your jetbike squads and throw some spears on them. They're essentially short range las cannons and along with the shuriken cannons they can easily wreak transports while your DA close in to kill the passengers.

Hmmm, seems fragile.
Are the Farseer/Autarch going to run with anyone?
My number one rule in 40k is 'protect your HQ'.
Which means Autarchs ride with Shining Spears (hell, even JetGuardians will do!), and the Farseer rides with JetLocks.
Let's face it, two Lascannon shots can end your HQ in turn 1. Are your HQs not on bikes?
Good call with the Avengers, can't go wrong. Some people prefer Scatter Lasers to Shuricannons, but it's horses for courses.
Defo get another Prism, you can't go wrong with two of those bad-boys.
I dunno, this list doesn't scream "competetive" to me yet.

Scatter lasers and shuriken cannons statistically speaking do the exact amount of damage against unit's with sv 5+ but against anything with a better or worse save the scatter laser is superior. Also it has better range. If you don't want a jetseer council that's fine. Your HQ is going to be just fine if it stays with the DA so you can ignore the above. But I still must argue against the usefulness of the autarch

Farseer will ride with one of the DA and the Autarch with FD ou DA...
The Autarch will help with Reserve rolls (that is way I want him/her cheap!)... I think I will need it against some of dex armies (Nids and IG in particular!)
Problem with Jetseer or Jetlock Guardians is the Seer/Lock conversion...
I like the 2nd FP idea...and 4 troops is enough!
So, I will have something like this:

You know... I don't see any flamers at all. How would you dislodge a unit of eldar pathfinders? Or worse another unit that actually has melta guns and gets 2+ cover saves. You've diluted your dire avengers by dropping their numbers below 10.
In my mind, your jetbike units are really 4 troop choices by themselves, so I see 6 troops :p
And I don't really see what you jetbikes will accomplish, they are generally ineffective against everything. When I run jetbikes they are delivery systems for a singing speared/destructored warlock. Which can rip up any tank and lay down some serious damage to a unit that is relying on cover to make your day sad.
I don't know why you bought spriit stones for your fire prisms, if you are playing them right, they can be stunned 4 feet + from the enemy and you don't care. I understand the value of spirit stones on other vehicles, but... I don't run them on anything most of the time.
Try switching out a unit of dire avengers for a storm guardian unit with 2 flamers, and a warlock with singing spear and a flamer... you might like it.
If you are going to run an Autarch... get Yriel
If you are going to run a farseer... get Eldrad
If you don't have the points, then I agree with your Farseer, both runes considering the new nids. But for as cheap as Yriel is... get him. He's his own cruise missle of doom.

The s cannons on the FP is pretty much useless as well. If they are within 24" you're doing something wrong. I understand the whole "if my prism cannon gets knocked off then what?" thing but I have found if that happens tankshocking becomes one of the greatest uses of the Fire Prism. Just my two cents.

If you have two units of Fire Dragons, I highly recommend changing the Bright Lances into missile launchers. Missile launchers are cheaper and do just as well against av12 or lower. With your mobility you can get a lot of side/rear armour shots, and two units of Fire Dragons can deal with Land Raiders quite handily.
