Alright, so quick little background. I'm Part of the Da Boyz Gaming club in Rochester New York and are friends down in Binghamton are running a 2000 point team tournament (1000 pt army's limited force org) and since I recently acquired a ramshackle force of Eldar I figured that this would be the perfect time to get some of these guys painted up.

First the Quick list of whats on the work bench for this tournament.
1 Farseer
6 Fire Dragons
2 squads of dire avanger that total either 18 or 19 strong,
2 wave serpents
1 falcon.

So I got a lot of work cut out for me, one of the wave serpent isn't even put together, the other serpents needs a under coat and the Falcons turret is all messed up. One dire avengers Exarch needs his arms ripped off and replaced with a PS/SS

Oh... and the other thing small detail of this army i need to figure out is WHAT COLOR'S TO PAINT IT.

I was going to red and bone and use moss on the base to try and simulate a alien autumn environment. but I'm not a fan of the moss any more and then I saw a nice Red and Black scheme on GW web site (Not trying to steal idea since that guys army is a HELL of ALOT better than mine will BE.) Another thing to note is I'm not a great painter I aim for my stuff to a solid table top level and have my Buddy TheChronoTrigger A.K.A. Chris, to do my bosses and such (Its a dead post but you can view his ork thread here http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/248059.page and if your interested I can get a hold of him for commission work, just send me a P.M.)

But anyways back the the main topic of my stuff....... I'm gonna start with the fire dragons and go for a kinda basic red/orange color. I should have pic's up tomorrow for tips and stuff but feel free to post any thing youwant now, the more tips the better i feel i can do.
