Looking for 4-6 suggestions that are useful model selections for various warcasters.

Here's what I'm thinking

1. Heavy: Defender or Cyclone: Possibly Cyclone for the ranged attacks

2. Light: Hunter for anti-armored goodness.

3. Unit: Trenchers, General Purpose

4. Unit: Long Gunners, Ranged threat

5. Solo: Journeyman Warcaster

6. Solo: Mercenary Eiryss

Every Cygnaran caster:

1. Solo: Squire - for obvious reasons.

Well, if you started with Stryker and started building forces around him, would you take a
Squire or a Journeyman? I'm trying to keep this list short for space reasons (It's going to
go into a document and I'd like to keep it to a single page).

Definitely the Squire. +2" CTRL radius, reroll of missed magic attacks, additional focus. All that JR has to offer is being an AS battery and maybe sometimes command some shooty warjack (if you feel that the risk of losing JR and his warjack from a stray shot is worth it). And until the current Mk. II rules issue of whether JR may boost his own attacks is settled I wouldn't bother taking him at all.

Yes definitely Squire as the solo, as there is really not much use for junior with those figs.

I would also say defender as the second heavy, as the trenchers and long gunners deal with infantry and Defender would support against the heavy targets. Cyclone is more of a area denial tool and I'm not sure if he would be useful at this stage.
