So I was wondering if I could get some links to websites from my fellow DakkaDakkians on where you buy Plasticard rods, tubes, beams and such.
I am having issues finding one that you do not have to be a dealer to buy from.
Thanks for your help folks.

I just ordered a bunch from bits and kits, they have rods, tubes, beams, hollow beams, and card all at various sizes.
So far my experience with them has been quite good!

The BEST site I've seen AND used personally is TOWER HOBBIES:

They have an amazing selection, good prices and the thumbnail pics of everything they have for sale are priceless!

I alternate between hobbylinc and tower hobbies, in no special order. Whichever one I go to first that has 100% of my order gets it. I highly recommend them both.

Go to a hobby train store, seriously.
I went to one in my area and he has pretty much everything you could want in styrene of all sizes for EXTREMELY cheap, I'm talking like a bag of it for $2.99. He had the entire evergreen line of styrene.

I just use one of several model/hobby stores that I frequent.
All carry railroad stuff as well as ships, tanks and car kits/models as well as brass sheet, mesh and rod, styrene sheet, rod and tube.
Look up Evergreen scale models.

You can see what they have product wise and look up retailers, I have no idea if they keep their retailers up to date or not.
One thing I find better about the local hobby shop vs online- is when you're looking at the stuff on the rack seeing the variety can spawn a variety of other ideas- especially for us orky-kit basher types. Many of us are visual, more so than what we can get from a 2-d pic online. Anytime I go into a B&M hobby shop that has a good selection of Evergreen plastics- I hand my purse to someone I trust and only go inside with the amount of cash I can really afford to parrt with lol
