This is the 1st draft build for a list I came up with. It's not for tournaments, so I'm not expecting super-mech-heavy lists, dual lash prince, etc. Anyway, it contains some of the less-talked about units because I want to see how they work.

Right off the get-go, break up the warrior squads to 10. A 20 strong warrior squad will be swept off the table in its first round of CC.

I can't speak much for the wraiths. I find they are far too weak on their own, the unit of two might be more survivable... probably better to drop the Spyder and add another for the third.

As far as CC lords go I find it's best to give them the D. Body to give them that extra T point and mobility.

I find Heavy Destroyers are next to useless. Especially in smaller games. YMMV

The other issue will be when the HD's drop, there's no way to WBB them.

The biggest issue with the list is the breakup, mixing dedicated assault with shooty; I don't think the wraiths are capable of doing anything a unit of scarabs won't do better. In my own experience, that 3++ will do pretty well nothing; whereas turboboosting scarabs are just plain stupid annoying to kill.

That's my 2c.

Break up your necron warrior sqauds into 10 man sqauds as said before.

The wraiths are better in one squad and can really damage weak enemy characters such as Eldar or IG characters.

Otherwise I think its a good list but could use more elite units. Consider loosing 10 warriors for something more hard hitting.

Have 3 squads of ten warriors, get another wraith and give the lord a destroyer body and drop the veil, then put it with the wraiths. If you have the spare points, add anothe spyder.

Huh, I've never really thought about putting a lord in a wraith unit. Does anyone have any experience with this tactic?
