I apologize for my awkardly worded question.
For exapmle: My thread in 40k tactics has like 106 replies, and it as listed as the first thread in that forum.
However there is a thread with over 600 replies which is beneath my thread.
How does that work out?

Threads get bumped when someone replies.

Most recently replied to threads go up top.
