Now, a lot of info here may be wrong as I have never even seen the Apoc rulebook.

Is it possible for a Bio-titan or Squiggoth etc to be instant deathed?

If so, for example a wraith cannon.

It's part of the special rules for Gargantuan Creatures. No they cannot.
