Thoughts? Farseer goes with DA to guide/doom something. Rest is pretty explanatory. Use tanks as gunboats putting out 7 shots each, and when time is good unload cargo to mop up the rest.

5 man avenger squad is fail... taking storm guardians seems like a bit of a waste i would take more dire avengers ...
i would even take some jetbikes (if you can find the points) for annoyance or objective snatching as most of your troops will be in combat so will maybe die.
Some upgrades for prisms maybe..

This thread is very similar to the one on the competative biel tan eldar list from last week, so is this list. So same advice, look on page 2.
5 man dire avenger is fail, storm guardians could be a waste until you fire up a 30 man orc boyz squad and kill them all with one squad, then you realize that anti-horde is extraordinary.
Fireprisms can be either naked or with holofields, depends on your strategy. Since today its all about kill points, you want holofields... if you can afford them.

This point level has some downsides for Eldar (holofields for Prisms or not?)
but a mech list can take advantage of Lanchester's square law,
i.e., the enemy will have a hard time to deal with all those heavy skimmers.
Nevertheless, in a tournament environment, I'd tend to take a reserve list,
led by an Autarch to bolster reserve rolls.
Then two third of the skimmers arrive in round 2 taking on the weaker enemy flank.

Gunboats idea is good but you realize that you can only move 12" and fire one of the two weapons correct?
|
Nothing currently, got out of the hobby, maybe getting back in? |

Correct, unless the weapons are secondary, but shuricannons aren't.
