K so i know that if i take a Land raider (what ever type) just as heavy support i can put the Lone Wolf, now what if i took let say a Razorback with my long fangs started the battle with them deployed (not in the razor) put the lone wolf beside it and loaded him first turn and drive towards the baddys ?? is that possible???

Yup, other than in those couple of older codexes where Dedicated Transports are restricted to the unit that bought them, any(infantry)body can climb aboard a Transport after tha game has started.
