K so ill put out the stats first

Grey Hunter attacks - 1
Blood claw attacks - 1
Swift clar attacks - 1

k so i know the rules on shooting bolt pistol 1 shot bolt gun 1 or 2 depending on range movement blah blah blah

but when in close combat it how many attacks do each get??? keeping in mind that on the exception of the hunters that get a bolt gun they all say bolt pistol and CCW
and even when you could replace a bolter with another weapon the hunters still have the pistol and CCW now the blood claws and swift claws switch out the pistol.. and another thing when you replace the CCW with lets say a fist they still have the pistol (i know thats a bit confusing)

so heres what i think is right and i do want to know what is right

so standard nothing added

In close combat (no assult or counter assult)

grey hunter 2 dice (as in 2 attacks)
Blood claws 2 dice
swift claws 2 dice

K now lets say a hrey hunter, or blood claw or swift claw with a power fist
1 dice (normal stats) 1 dice (with the stats of the power fist)

now a hunter with a melta
2 dice

now a blood or a swift claw with a melta
1 dice

Do i have the right idea or am i just way off???

If a model has 1 attack on their profile, and has a pistol and CC, they have 2 attacks in close combat as they receive the +1 for having two CCW's.

If a model has a pistol and a power fist, they do not get the +1 for having two weapons, as the powerfist has special rules that only grant it the +1 for a second powerfist.

So a model with 1 attack, armed with a pistol and powerfist, only gets one attack in close combat.

Obviously, on top of that you receive other bonuses, like the +1 for charging.

So when i am figuring out what attacks they will have if it is in there equipment list then i can use it even if lets say they replace a bolter with melta and yeah the power fist attacks now make sence thank you

If they replace their bolter with a meltagun then obviously they can't use a bolter... but the rest of their equipment remains unchanged. So yes, if they are listed as having a pistol and CCW, then they can use them both in close combat, regardless of what other non-close combat weapons they are also carrying.

Do mean that if a model has 1 attack in its profile, has a power fist and then somehow gets more attacks (let's say for charging), the original 1 attack in it's profile is at its normal strength?

If so, no. If you have a special close combat weapon like a PF all attacks benefit from it (double strength). If the model has several special close combat weapons, however, you have to choose which one to use (can't benefit from a force weapon and a PF at the same time).

It's important to keep in mind that you cannot assault if you have fired rapid fire weapons, unless your unit has a rule (such as relentless) that enables it to do so.

So just to expand on what others have already said:

Bloodclaws = 1 attack, 1 bolt pistol, 1 CCW

Bloodclaws will get 1 attack + 1 for pistol and CCW + 2 for charging, and may get additional attacks from other sources. Some units will remove the bonus attack for the pistol and CCW (DE Wyches). Some units will remove the extra 2 attacks for charging (defensive grenades).

This will hold true so long as they fire a bolt pistol or assault weapon (flamer or meltagun) in the shooting phase. If even a single model in the unit fires a rapid fire weapon (plasmaguns) or heavy weapon, then the whole unit may not assault at all unless you have done something to grant them a rule like Relentless that cancels that restriction.

Everything I've just said holds true for both the Swiftclaws and Skyclaws as well. It also holds true for Grey Hunters, except they only get +1 attack for charging (not +2). This means that if your Grey Hunters fire their Bolters in the shooting phase, then they may not assault at all that turn. Therefore, you have to choose whether to fire the bolters and not assault, or fire the bolt pistols and still assault.

Again, this assumes that your unit does not have the Relentless rule or something similar that does allow them to assault after firing rapid fire/heavy weapons. For instance, your Swiftclaws (being on bikes) can fire rapid fire or heavy weapons and still assault, because bikes grant the Relentless Universal Special Rule.
