Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself after many months of just brousing your forums.

I have just recently desided to start playing 40k (I used to play GW 2nd edition fantasy - many moons ago... then went off the GW figures). I have had my fair share of interests over the years from 15mm ancients wargaming, rapid fire (20mm WW2 figure system), roleplaying, confrontation etc - in my mind one of the best figure ranges that ever came out, just a shame that Rackham messed it up.

Now as mentioned, I have just started 40K (well I have been collecting for a year, but just started to paint). I was drawn to the Ork's as I just love the "randomness" of converstions that may / must be done! Plus the non-uniformity of markings (well armour / uniform). I have just over 4000 points of black, undercoated figures mostly... Time to start painting!

Badmoons here we come!

My more recent additions are the forgeworld Mega dread, and a basilisk which has been well and truely abused by orks and is now a twin barrelled, metal joist supported, shooting machine...

Will do so later today! Out of interest, how do you get your flag changed? For some reason the system has looked at my ISP and desided I am American (with the flag), but I am English

Edit - dont worry about the comment on flags, I posted the earlier message on my laptop which came from Singapore, so it maybe something to do with that...

If it ever happens again just pm a mod and they'll lock it to the flag you want.
Also being from Singapore doesn't matter it's the ISP.
