To be honest at 15 you dont need the Shocktroopers.
Running Vlad the best thisg to go for is speed.
Min Uhlans are best if you have the points.

Are you taking 2 casters in 25pts, or am I reading wrong?? If you are then the list is no good. Only 1 caster in games of up to 74 points. 75 is the magic line for 2 casters...

Don't worry though, You have enough solos and units to pick from

I would recommend you take 2 heavys (3 is a lot for a caster like vlad who likes his focus...). The rest of the points should be dumped in troops and solos. I would reccommend a few more shocktroopers as they form a solid line and then a few widowmakers and a manhunter. Don't know how far along you then are, but thwe list should work great for learning...
