Alright, this is my first attempt at a Mech Eldar List, I think I did pretty decent.

I'm open to all Suggestions, as this is my first Mech list. I think I'll demolish most horde Armies, and I have some pretty good Anti-Tank. The problem I think is maybe I don't have enough MEQ Killing power, I'm sure as the first attempt at this list won't be till tomrrow, against Blood Angels, and Orks.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to any Suggestions!

For the same cost of those Prisms you can get 3 naked ones. Then droping the expensive walkers will allow you to take another Dragon Serpent.

If I drop the Upgrades, it's only 90 Points, a fire prism costs costs 115. As for the Walkers, I could drop them for another Unit of Fire Dragons, but I thought with the option of Krak, and Plasma on the EML, it would be better than a second Fire Dragon Serpent, which is an expensive Suicide unit. I was hoping that My Foe would have to choose to Fire at my Prisms or at my War Walkers, at least giving me a little reprive.

I don't mean to be rude by bumping this, but does anyone have any other Suggestions? is the list fine?

List is fine as it is now, but personally I agree with Tedurur.
DIf you are set op the EML Walkers, dropping Stones and/or Holo Fields you could also get other stuff like a 6th Fire Dragon; would be nice to be more sure of that tank kill for instance. Or dropping the holo fields, stones and the Scorpion Exach for Vyper support.

Alright, I guess I can Drop the War Walkers, I just face a lot of hordes, so I thought the EML War Walkers would be better than a 3rd Fire Prism. I can also up the Dragons to six.

Vypers have always seemed overcosted to me, just a real expensive, fragile gun platform. I think War Walkers are much much better than Vypers, but I've never used them, so I can't say for sure.

You face horde and are using EML? I mean I understand it serves a dual purpose against transport and the template but scatter lasers are so much better against horde. Actually they're better against most things. (Minus high armor value vehicles)

It was mainly to instant death his Nobz, which have caused untold havoc for me. I've done them with scatter lasers a couple of times, and it levels the regular horde, I just figured I'd give them a try, to see how they would do, but it is impossible to beat the volume of shots that 3 SL War Walkers put out. I probably won't even use them, since the consensus seems to indicate that a third fire prism would be better.

Depending on what you're doing yes.

Banshees will give you more meq power over scorpions, dump the stones on everything but the two elite choiced waveserpents, and upgrade those scatter lasers to EMLs.


I could see running this list, it looks decent with those changes, even if I stick my nose in the air about warwalkers, against hordes, especially orc nob bikers, thumbs up.
