Not to be an ass, but this really is not our problem. Asking for rules wholesale is not a Good Idea, as if it happens to often, GW get pissy and send off C&Ds. While, say, 3 years ago, I would correctly be told to STFU and stop worrying, nowadays you cannot be too careful.

In any case, All units give up kill points unless they have a rule saying they don't. So yes, Dedicated transports forfeit kill points when destroyed.
