Now ive been calling the forge world customer service line for 2 hours and there phone has been engaged for that entire time, is this a common occurance.
please help me with this.

When did you call them? Was is during their business hours? I ask because at the time you posted here, it was 4:00AM at their office. Its an easy enough mistake to made, I've done it before.
