Says in the two lines of text attached in reference to this craftworld, that Iybraesil is a matriarchal society. This means they're mostly women, right?

eeer no, it should mean that their society has women at the top of jobs etc.

Women are the ones ruling rather than men.. or at least I intend it that way.

I guess that's a more logical interpretation than mine. So a Iybraesil army would typically have female Autarchs/Farseers?

I think that is right, the leader would be females with no doubts.

It just means it's ruled by females, not that females are higher in society.

well, at the verry least, that would be true. But some of their Exarchs would have to be male.
