Not an army list request specifically, but I'm looking for advice on equipping a few new IG forces for most flexibility/usefullness.

My current IG army consists of
-7 Guard squads (AC/Plas)
-Two PCS (one 4xGL, one 4xflamer/comissar)
-CCS (MoOrd, CStandard, Medic, 2xplasma)
-Vet Squad (3xmelta, shotguns, Demo)
-Russ (3xHB)
-Demolisher (Las)
-3 scout sentinels (AC)
-9 Lascannon HW teams
-10 rattlings
-5 Ogryns
-3 Basilisks (w/HFlamers)
-Also have 2 more AC HW teams and 2 comissars

These final units are on the way or unbuilt and waiting, and I want advice on how to arm them and what equipment to give them.
-Chimera
-Hellhound
-Valkyrie
-Russ (have all sponson options -including plasma- and was considering buying an executioner barrel for it)

valkirie I allways have multiple rocket pods and the rest as standard as the heavy bolters dont count as defensive so cant be fired half the time
hellhound the main weapon can be swaped with ease
