So my question is in the Chapter Master wargear section it says that when buying terminator armor you can buy a TH for your storm bolter, and a TH for your power sword, so is that legal? 2 thunder hammers on one model, and if it is, do you get an extra attack? either way it is a interesting concept to me? any comment would be appreciated.

Yup, it's legal, and a deliberate design choice given that under the current rules having two of them is the only way to get the +1 attack for two weapons...

Awesome, so now when running a Salamander army modeling a Chapter master with 2 thunder hammers is legal, that just makes me shiver at the modeling concepts that could provide.
