My new tourny list

225 Ghaz

255 15 x Kommando's w/ Snikrot 2 x Burna's

Plan is to use Ghazghull's Waaagh! to get into combat 2nd turn with 75 boyz or so(he may slow down a squad)
Snikrot to threaten the rear
Stormboyz to chase down something fast

Should i just remove either the Stormboyz or Kommando's and run more 30 Boyz

Never been a fan of kommandos, not sure what they're going to do besides tackle a unit of infantry.

lol sluggas on foot. You want shoota boyz on foot as they have 18" range and 2 shots, not 1 12" shot. Some rokkits would help for anti tank.

Stormboyz won't last long, they have 6+ armour save and if they move into or out of cover they take dangerous terrain tests. Double the unit, though killa kan would be more suited here as a kan wall. I would also drop the kommandos and get ranged anti tank, lootas are the best choice.

Do you think I should replace Stormboyz with 30 more Boyz

Snikrot is the reason I have the Kommando's, he "should" make some opponents deploy closer to the front lines than usual
then with ghaz's waaagh they can reach cc faster

I think you missed the main critique and that's that you have no ranged anti-tank ability.
You'll have to run at every vehicle you want to catch with out-flank/infiltrating kommandos
and stormboys (which if they don't get in assault, will probably get rapid fired or something similar.)

I think the stormboys are the weakness in this list. If you intend to play the way you suggest
you have one round to pop 1+ transports so you can at least get into combat with something
other than a vehicle in mixed or armored lists. I'd drop them and add some ranged anti-tank.

Eternal Plague

There are a few good things about the list; specifically that there are lots of boyz and ergo hard for small elite armies to handle if they don't have pie plates of doom to throw down. You also have Snikrot, which will help as the enemy will have to deal with him when his boyz come on the board and start wrecking havoc. Might I suggest rokkits for his squad instead?

How about dropping the stormers and putting some boyz in trukks ( to combat lack of ranged anti-tank, you can swap the big shoota on da trukk for a rokkit launcha, but as well, the boyz can field a rokkit launcha either way) along with some suicide deffkoptas (ones with buzzsaws) It will add alot of versatility to your list for a mininal point investment.

I have removed the stormboyz and replaced them with boyz i agree that they were the weakness

If snitrot and co come on they'll cause some damage, but not a lot. Next turn they will get shot to pieces, thats why kommando's aren't too good for.

Ok you need to make thoe sluggas shootas, you don't have a 12" range gun on foot.

You still lack anti tank. A mech list would run rings around this easily.

Your mob will get blown to pieces on foot, they will have to relie on cover saves. I would drop 2 units and get a big mek with kff and killa kanz, you can now use killa kazn as a wall which gives the boyz 4+ cover save and they will survive much much better. The mek's kff gives 4+ cover save to the kanz. At the moment you have lack of saves and will need to go into terrain, which will slow down your advancement.
