Okay, so I play Creed and a bunch of tanks. Now, giving a squadron of tanks the scout move that creed provides, is it JUST a 6" move, or can the tanks move the additional D6"? I've been playing it as just the 6", however I just thought about it, and thought it'd be really awesome if I could get that additional D6

They can move as far as a normal move is allowed to move them, same as a bike can turboboost and a skimmer can go flatout.

So yay or nay of +D6"? I mean, technically it IS part of a normal move, it'd just be combat speed.. which could be like a slower version of flatout?

Yes, you are allowed to make a normal move. As part of making a normal move you can move UP TO the fastest you are allowed to go normally, which in this case is 6+d6
