Has anybody got a clue what happened to this mod? It looked awesome but seems to have died just as it was getting finished.

A lot of mods just don't come together. I wouldn't be surprised if the modding team just moved on to something more interesting or more pressing. A quick runthrough of one of the old modding sites I used to use listed nothing newer than 2005 for the Blood Angels.

Yeah, there seem to be a lot of really great mods that died before they saw release. I was especially hopeful of the Space Wolves mod, but I think the last posts about it were around 2006 or so. I also heard rumors of a Thousand Sons CSM mod, but I haven't really seen anything about it other than an awesome poster.

I believe the Blood Angels mod ended at beta version .3 or something, and it kinda sucked. It had potential, definitely, but the early version was basically vanilla Space Marines with "Blood Angel" stuck in front of every unit name. Plus, there was a glitch that stopped you from ever being able to buy a sergeant and special weapons for Tac squads.
