I am using Black Templar Codex and it is my primary army. I was wondering if it is possible to field Grey Knight Terminators in my army.
It says in the codex that i am allowed to have Grey Knights as allies, so may i use them in my army list?

Well, please have a look into the codex Daemon Hunters.
Its available as a pdf file and will give you an affirmative answer.

Of course you can!

You can take GKs in these possible slots:

0-1 HQ --- GK hero
0-1 Elite --- GKT
0-2 Troops --- GK
0-1 Fast attack --- Teleported GK(They suck, don't think about this)

I know older thread but if your still around:

Only on the actual unit of Grey knights. If a Grey Knight hero attaches to a normal BT squad he does not make them a Grey knight squad so no special Grey knight rules on the BT. But an BT IC could join the knights and benefit from it.

I've been playing with a 1850 list with a mix of Grey knights. I change it up from time to time but I like to keep a unit of 6-7 Grey knights, Always nice for a Psycannon when facing a low inv. save. Especially something that has a bad normal save like a Ork or tyranid.

Also the anti Psychic stuff can be useful if it comes up. You can throw the Unguents of Warding on (for 10 points) and get the Aegis and a 4+ save or on IC it could help the Black knights as it is the unit with a person that has it and they get a 4+ save vs. Psychic attacks.
