How do you put on the shoulder mounted railguns on a broadside? My brother has tried so many times, each one failing. Super glue doesnt work, niether does the kicker, or gorilla glue, or practically everything else weve tried. Any ideas? And id like to keep away from using pinning or magnets, unless its neccesary.

Pinning in this case is pretty darn neccesary, Why do you have such an aversion to pining?

Have you tried some GS to hold it in place while the glue dries?

If you use procreate and put super glue on top of it with in a few minutes it is as hard as concrete. If you do not like pinning this would be the way to go.

Once you pin you never go back. On larger metal models it is a nessesary evil.

Pinning is actually quite easy. All you need is a pin vise(small finger held drill) some wire or paper clips( I use floral wire for most jobs{a easely bent and cut wire made for flower aranging, i get it at Micheals but im sure other places have it}) or brass rod for bigger jobs.
Many people have their own way of marking where they need to pin, I basicle just figure out where I want something to be then add a tiny drop of paint to one side and gently place it back in the position I have decided on(You do this gently so the paint dosent splatter or make too big of a mark) then just drill out where you have marked. put a drop of super glue in one hole and slide a peice of wire in( I let this dry usally, but you dont have to) then put some super glue in the other hole and slide the pinned part in and hold them together. Thats basicly it. Now some peices can be more diffiult. when I pinned my Broadsides together, I double pinned ( I didnt just use a single pin but 2 per gun), since the gun barrels being pretty topheavy.

a piece of metal from a paperclip also works for pinning if you're particularly thrifty. for the broadsides, i recommend automatically pinning the guns to the back thrusters and the ankles to the feet/base.
