hi all another tournament coming up and I was hoping i could get someone to look at my list!

Archon- punisher, t.helm, pg, CD, SF - 137pts
Incubix3
warriors x2
Raider- 146pts

Wychesx5- succubus, agoniser, wych weapons, pgs, blasters x2 raider 163
wychesx5- succubus, agoniser, wych weapons, pgs, blastersx2 raider 163

raider warriorsx5- dark lance raider 105
raider warriorsx5- dark lance raider 105

I've got room for some more stuff but I dont know if it would be worth it. Like nightshields on the ravagers for example.

Now I have gotten to play test this list against two other lists already. I played against a Space marine list and a Chaos daemons list

1st list:
Space marine chapter master with relic blade and inferno bolter
forge master with conversion beamer

Terminators with cyclone missile launcher

three tactical squads with missile launchers

three dreadnoughts with twin lascannons and missile launchers

1 Land raider

we played KPs and I lost by 11 points. I just dont know how I can destroy the landraider it basically murdered my army because it was basically moving 12 inches a turn able to disembark termies and it allows them to assault and it can shoot atleast one lascannon on the move. I had a tough time with the dreadnoughts but I eventually killed all but 1 of them. But I just couldnt kill the land raider and I expect to see lots of space marines at this tournament so I was thinking maybe adding Haywire grenades to the wyches and RJBs?

2nd list:

Great unclean onesx2

4 bloodletters x10 with icons

three DPs with death gaze mark of nurgle and the def/off grenades

the mission was capture and control, I make him go first and he places his marker in his far corner while I place mine near the middle. well it starts off bad for him as he rolls for his 2nd wave which consisted of his GUO, 2 DPs and 1 bloodletter squad. I made some tactical errors (assaulting DPs is a bad thing!) but it was a major victory as I had both markers, Destroyed all but 1 squad of bloodletters and 1 DP. I didnt really have a problem with this army because if he got really close I could just redeploy my army and gun him down.

I'm considering adding a lord to the RJBs but I've never really had a good game with the RJB lord so I'm kind of iffy on that but I'm really considering of adding haywire grenades because my lances suck at popping armor apparently : /

Add night shields to all the vehicles and get a dark lance for each warrior squad. Drop the bikes if you need to.

Overall I like your list except for this. Why 5 bikes in the squad? If you're using them for tankhunting you only need three, and if you want to assault with them you really need a succubus. I'd drop two bikes and use extra points to buy up an additional 3x RJBs with 2X Blasters and you'd still have extra points to play with but would now have two suicide anti-tank options.

Above and beyond that though - you're only fielding 5x of your troop slots. If you have the models then field 6x troops, our troops are excellent and another Raider is always a plus.

Other options include the aforementioned N.Shields. Honestly I'd take your Wyche squads up to 6 man as that greatly increases their morale survivability. I'll also note (though I'm not sure if I agree) that a fair number of gunline players swear by the presence of blasters on their mini-sniper boats. The logic being you can use them as psuedo-gunboats if you ever need to move them. YMMV.

13 Dark Lances couldn't dent the Landraider for you? My most basic advice is; take more dark matter then. The double suicide bikers I described above is always an option and I'd also note you could always convert one of the Ravagers to a triple lance build as that will give you a lot of lances to drop on a single target. I would advise against Haywire grenades on the Wyches - they have better things to assault (like the Termies) and if you assault a vehicle and get an exploded result you've got a good chance to kill off your entire Wyche squad and nobody wants that. Landraiders die when you shoot enough lances and blasters at them, if they aren't dying for you then take more lances and blasters.

yea I really dont know what I was thinking when I bought the x5 RJB squad I figured they would be more survivable if they had more wounds and I was considering a RJB lord at the time. This is kinda embarrassing but I ran out of warriors! I mean I have enough Splinter cannon and blaster warriors to make atleast 3 squads (dont ask I got them in a deal) but none of the basic warriors nor do I own anymore raiders : [

I dont know what to think about the blaster in the gun boats I have the models yea and I could see why they would do it but then again when I'm moving my raiders its atleast 18 inches minimum. Ah so its 6 wyches I misread the tactical article I thought it was 5 I'll remake them then. Well the reason why I was thinking haywire grenades is that I often assault dreads with my wyches because with a 4+ dodge save and the chance of glances I have a chance on immobilizing it but I see your point it would just make the wyches too expensive and it would give me to much hope that they could actually take out the dreadnought when all I meant to do was keep it from shooting for a couple of turns.

I'm gonna really consider the blasters for the raider warriors because I need more dark matter to take those land raiders out. You see Gremlins in my lances I consitantly roll 1's to hit or 5 to hit 1 for AP its a curse I've done everything but sacrifice a kitten to the dice gods to improve my dice rolls!
