Ok every one knows the some admech like the necrons because there living machines others they think they are heresy.
so my plan is to make a army of taken from imperial guard that a works with imperial guard.
now fluff nazis dont say this is un fluffy because C'tan have human servants.

I think you're completely misinterpreting the fluff.

The C'Tan don't have human servants, nor do "some Admech like the Necrons because they're living machines".

The two pieces you're referring to are the Pariahs/Untouchables--which are one and the same. The Necrons are 'harvesting' the Untouchables to turn into Pariahs and then the Dragon Cult, which are renegade Mechanicum priests who've found evidence of The Dragon, which is a C'Tan supposedly imprisoned on Mars by Ferrus McMannus.

He is referring to the piece of fluff on page 31 of the Necron codex entitled "New Beginnings"
It states that "the Deceiver has spent Millennia abroad in the galaxy gathering followers and interfering with attempts to disturb its brethren."

It is heavily implied that the Deceiver does this subtly, and possibly takes on the guise of officials or some other person of standing to gently nudge events in the direction it wants. "Through subtle machinations" would be a key phrase here. I doubt he would have any use for a combat force other than his Necrons for direct attacks, he would be using other forces in a more deceptive way, in the sense that they don't know they are directly serving him.

The deceiver might have manipulated some IG force into doing what he wants, but they would never knowingly side with him outside a few individuals who have been driven to madness by the C'tan.
