Also, keep in mind that we have used similar technology in the past few decades. While the addition of the ferocious looking dozer blade is new, the concept of firing a long string of REALLY thick det cord is not. That has been around since at least the '90s, and I think before.

Right now, I am thinking Lichtenstein and New Zealand, and possibly Spain. But only because they are crazy enough to jump into the streets and let bulls chase them. Definitely very orky thinking there.
