I fixed that for you Spelling and grammar is big deal here...

Well, I have never magnetized a Carnifex, but what I do is:
1) Take a magnet and glue it to the Kan where I want the weapon to go.
2) Do the same thing on the weapon, making sure the polarity is correct.

Tada! Sorry for the snarkiness... it's Monday...

Here, I think this might help. (BTW, all I did was search Dakka. I always search before I ask a question )

Alternatively, you could simply wait for new new Killa Kans to be released. They are plastic and would thereby be much easier to magnetize than the metal chunks that they are now.

Egads, that's right! I forgot to ask if it was a GW kit or scratch built. The only difference being how frustrated you get when trying to pin and glue the damn thing (Until March )

No problem I am hardly perfect with my grammar, either. Especially if I am posting about my Orks, LOL. The reason people avoided your question could be:

Don't be discouraged if you don't get swamped by responses to your post. It doesn't necessarily mean people are ignoring you, or don't like your model. Some posters simply don't post unless they have something constructive to say, or only comment on particular types of models that they like.

Forums can also move a little slowly sometimes. It may take a day or two to get any responses.

- How do I...?

Posting questions is great, and one of the common uses of the P&M board. There are some common questions that tend to get asked a lot, though. While asking these isn't wrong, they can sometimes be ignored or get a cranky response if they've already been asked recently.

So it's a good idea to do a search of the forum before asking, to see if anyone else has already asked. The Dakka Articles section and the Painting & Modeling Tutorials forum also have a lot of information on a whole range of modeling topics that might save you from having to ask.

Back On Topic: If you are working with the old metal kits, they can be rough. I new a guy that would pin under the arm, and then magnetize. That way the arms were attachable and swappable, but they were reinforced and sturdy.
That is a logistical nightmare to do properly, though.
