Good job

NO! that should definitely NOT be a rule!!!! Thats just gross! I don't want some slaanesh warrior charging me, Screaming a BloodLust filled roar, with his Jolly Roger Flopping around!!!! Thats just gross! I mean.....if it was a female warrior and she wasn't that bad looking, I think I could capture a few prisoners. My 'Interrogation' skill will be most useful then - Commissar NIkev

You did forget anti-av14. Needed for some of those tougher vehicles, and if you don't take anything to kill them, they will wipe the floor with you.

Core, and its consumption of life, has become a well-oiled machine. Core has changed. ID tagged soldiers carry ID tagged weapons, use ID tagged gear. Nanomachines inside their bodies enhance and regulate their abilities. Genetic control. Information control. Emotion control. Battlefield control. Everything is monitored, and kept under control. Core has changed. The age of deterrence has become the age of control. All in the name of averting catastrophe from weapons of mass destruction. And he who controls the battlefield, controls history. Core has changed. When the battlefield is under total control, war... becomes routine.

Is it possible to be all those things and still field a workable army?

In trying to be everything, you can end up nothing. But I guess it depends on how you play - if you are going for a tournament, then the items listed are very valid. If you are playing a buddy you play often, then apply the list to his playing style and stock up accordingly.

Then pray the dice gods don't abandon you on the battlefield

Strategy? Tactics?
