Subject: Does Kharn extend his "blessing of the blood god" to his squad?

If Kharn was attached to a squad, would the entire squad be immune to the effects of psy powers?
Also if an enemy psyker LOS Kharn's squad, would the squad just be moved, leaving Kharn behind, or would nothing happen?

Most of the time Kharn extends no special protection to the unit he is with.
However, in the case of Lash of Submission, the unit can only move as fast as the slowest of its members, so they would be forced to take a pinning check, but could not move the unit with the power, as Kharn could not be affected by it.

Why did the berzerker cross the road?

It depends on the Psychic Power. Think of it this way - Doom would affect him, but Fortune (assuming an allied Eldar player) wouldn't.

IIRC, IC loose certain abilities when joined to units that do not have the ability. IE if my unit is not fearless, and an IC that is joins up, then the IC does not convey fearless to the squad.

nosferatu-true, but as far as things like the horror, Kharn would be unable to assault if the squad fails leadership test to assault, because he would have to move at the speed of the slowest model in the unit.

And likewise, as stated, if the unit was Fzorgle'd, they would not move because Khârn (SPELL IT RIGHT!) does not move.

as an interesting sidenote then, could the unit be re-arranged to move around Khârn, providing that they stayed within legal coherancy?
I.e. He wouldn't move, but they would... for blast templates, et cetera.

No. A unit moves at the speed of it's slowest model. Khârn is moved 0", so the unit is also moved 0".

So Karanak does not affect the whole squad of Khorne dogs?
Also, fearless units (Khârn, Berserkers) cannot be pinned.

But if Kharn were leading a non-fearless unit, they could still be pinned, but would benefit from his leadership.

Yeah, because Khârn loses his fearlessness.

I was simply responding to your error that he "loses" it, and the error in suggesting it is like other "special" rules.
The only special rules that are lost are specific USRs. THis does not affect how Kharn interacts with psychic powers - you have to work it out on a case by case basis.
