Can Warbosses have Mega Armour and a Big Choppa? I know that Mega Armour comes with a klaw but could you buy Mega Armour and then a Big Choppa afterwards?

Indeed. Because the Mega Armour removes the Choppa, you no longer have a Choppa to exchange for the Big One!
