Don't have the inquisition codex with me, but for purposes of who gets to do what first, if I Mawloc arrives using terror from the deep, either on the mystics and/or their vehicle, or at least withing range of their ability to detect deepstrikers, does the mawlocs terror from the deep attack go before or after the inq/mystic combo get to shoot or designate a shooter to target the mawloc?

Since the tftd attack is resolved before the mawloc is placed on the table I would guess they can't shoot at it before that.

TFtD attack is resolved before Mawloc is placed on the table.

Until the Maqloc is actually placed, you have nothing to measure the Mystic's distance roll to, and nothing to measure your shooting range to.

Basically you can't shoot at the big blast marker.
