Haven't played Fantasy for awhile, and the new Skaven models got me going, its been almost 8 years since I have played last, have tried collecting skaven 3 times now. So hopefully 3rd time will be the charm.

If you want that, why not take the character that makes Plague Monks troops, and take an all-plague army?

Seems like a slightly weaker list but looks very fun to play, and fluffy at that. Thanks for point that out, any comments/critique on the list?

I think with only 7 units in the whole army you are going to be continually flank-charged and taken apart. For that matter, your whole army (aside from the rat swarms) has Frenzy. You are going to be soooooo vulnerable to charge-baiting, redirecting, and generally being outmanuevered your hard units will never get the stand-up, face-to-face fight they excell at.

My thoughts:

1) List #1 is more interesting to me, especially with that balls-out fellblade in there. But for theme, #2 does seem the way to go.

2) You can do better on the priests' equipment. Flails + 1 scroll for both, then go shopping with the extra 25 points each. Pipes of Piebald are pretty groovy in my book, though ward saves or rival hide or shadow magnet are all good for furnace riders, who are quite easy to shoot / beat up. I'd personally go 1 scroll to free up even more points for more interesting gear, but I guess it depends on your local magic scene / level of paranoia.

3) You need slaves for diversion, screening, etc. 2x 21 w/ musicians = 88, which the rat swarms easily pay for. Those, by the by, aren't too great, even with the price drop from last book.

4) I would consider a magic banner to spice things up, for Skrolk's unit. Plague, war, under-empire, dripping are all nice banners for the price, and storm is a classic (though IMO overpriced if you play it runs out, which I do).

5) Are 3x PCB that interesting to you? Depending on the points left over after the above you can probably find something cool that you could model all plaguey and that is more reliable than another frenzied skirmisher unit. No idea what, but you've a whole book of stuff!
