There is one question that come to mind that i have about the Doom Leadership test on the Spirit Leech.

The opponent that is taking the test, do they use their modifty leadership or their leadership that is gaven to them? IE like the orks have the Mob rule, do they use that leadership (Mob Rule) or do they use the one that are gaven to them, which is a Leadership 7 and not the 10?

you always use the modified stat, unless something says to use the unmodified stat.

Yup, you always you whatever your Ld is at the time, unless it explicitly states you use the unmodified stat (like the Book of St Lucius). If you didn't, modifying Ld would be pointless.
