Hi dakka,
Just got around to putting together a new tyranid battleforce, but it's missing a whole warrior body and legs. What do I need to do? Do i need the product code on the bottom of the box?

Imho, keep the box, prouct code, reciept etc and go to wherever you bought it, and ask for a refund or the missing bits. If it happened to be ordered via the website or GW direct, then I would ring customer support.

Same happened to me. I bought in Maelstrom (in December) a box of 4 minis for Infinity, and they came without heads and arms. I was told that I would be sent a new one.
It hasn't arrived yet :\

They state on their website that its better to contact the manufacturer ( GW), so do I bother talking to them or just go to the throne for help?

My Tau Battleforce was laking a large amount of bases. It seems to be just these box sets on average.

Yep just cut the middleman out and go directly to the source. After all its not maelstroms fault its GWs. My buddy has had the same issue a few times and they sent him NIB stuff. He bought an IG battleforce that was missing 10 guys and sent him 10 guys.

This happened to my friend awhile back. Apparently GW replaced the entire set for him, and he got to keep his old one.
