Prince - not my personal ideal setup, but it's fine.

Mage - standard caddy, fine.

Korhil - Good special character. Personally don't use 'em, but he's a good one.

CORE
Standard set-up, looks fine.

SPECIAL
Shadow Warriors - At most, I would take one unit of them. For their points, they're really not stellar at what they're meant to do, namely march-blocking, warmachine and mage hunting. I would recommend dropping 2 units (or all of them) in favor of 1-2 Great Eagles. If you're worried about more monsters in the meta-game, get 1 Eagle and a third RBT. Otherwise, get 2 Great Eagles.

Dragon Princes - My personal feelings on non-character accompanied units of Dragon Princes would be to run them 6 strong, eschewing command if necessary to accomplish that. If you drop the aforementioned Shadow Warriors, you could find 30 points to add in a 6th DP. Makes the unit a bit more resilient to shooting and nets you another 2 + horse attacks.

PG - mostly fine, though if you can find the points, might as well try bumping them up to 15. Remember, causing auto-break through Fear only counts based off the number of Fear-causing models in a unit, so every extra number can be helpful.

RARE
2 RBT's are nice, but as suggested above, it'd be nice to see 1-2 Great Eagles (one of the best units in the book).

General notes:
Personally, I'd try to run a mounted BSB instead of Korhil, but I'm not sure how much your mileage could vary.

Jin siting! (Punchbug!!)

(OT- Jin, I just noticed you have a Canadian flag. Are you Canadian? I'm watching a lot of the Olympics so I was curious...)

About the list, I don't like seeing Korhil without a unit of white lions :-/. It doesn't make sense, imho! I would either change the Phoenix Guard to White Lions, or drop Korhil for a different noble.

Also, you listed two items as repeater crossbows, but for high elves they're called (repeater?) bolt throwers.

@RiTides:

While putting Korhil in with White Lions makes most fluff sense, it actually is a lot more effective to put him in with PG and vice versa with Caradryan and White Lions. Silly, indeed, but then you get even BETTER units. They really should be more like "Special Character" upgrades like in the Dark Elf Book.

Korhil + PG make a really nice block of Stubborn Fear-causers. VERY unlikely to break, and with the 4+ Ward Save, also likely to make it across the field without too many problems. Also, with Korhil in the front ranks, they're actually capable of dishing out some damage once in combat.

OT: my office's ISP is apparently redirecting through Canada, or something, now. Still sittin' on good 'ol American soil.

I see... that's a shame! Maybe you could use the Caradryan model, and just count it as Korhil... otherwise it just won't look right!

You might want to consider taking Korhil and putting him on a lion charit. The +2 armor increases his survivabiloity immensly and he still its at str 6 as his weapon is not a 2 handed weapon. it also increases his unit size to 5 which means he can hold quarters and knock down ranks.

On the prince I would consider a change on load out. I think the regular lance is just fine as str 6 is -3 on most armor saves and the dragon is st str 7, any 1 plus armor saves is going down to the massed attacks anyway. I have been considering a regular lance and the talisman of loec. I think that this load out is better at killing a character in the block I am attacking as it nearly guarentees 2-3 wounds on the charge on just about any character. I do like the armor of caledor and the 4+ ward save reroll armor save item as it makes the lord so tough that they will fight the dragon more often than the caracter.

I am not a big believer in musicians in the dragon princes. If you win by 1 and the enemy holds simply becuase of the musician you are generally doomed as anything that survived the first charge will generally beat you in later combats. I would try and figure out how to upgrad to a champ and then include the skiensliver.

I also like the war banner in this unit but I have used the banner of ellerion so I think it is valid.

I like the pheonix guard but I would be willing to replace them with any of the other special units (swordmasters, or white lions). I think all of them are effective.

Have to agree with most of the comments here, drop 2 shadow warriors, get in a lion chariot (or 2 if possible) as they can be rather helpful in a decent charge (the lions are rather nasty coming in).

Personally, in a 2000 point game the dragon takes up a little too many points which i like to use to bring in a level 4 mage or include another special unit. this means i put my prince on a barded horse and place him with my dragon princes.
