this guy will either become a commander, lieutenant or some form of commissar for my guard.
im not sure which since i also have creed that id like to use.

what would you do to modernize this guy?

i'm thinking remove the ruffles in the arms and make standard sleeves and he should actually be pretty set.
the weapon is a bit outdated but it could be any type of ancient tech type trophy weapon.

my guard all use pig iron militia helms so im not sure if he should get a head swap or not. i also have the west wind german gas mask heads with the peaked caps so that is an option too.

i could see the handcuff staying or going.

what do you guys think?

id like a dog handler for an army and this guy was perfect but im not sure i want to pay 20+ dollars for it.

My honest advice, pay the extra and get him.

If you really really want 'that figure', then it's going to be worth it, anything else you 'settle' for just won't be quite as good.

Also, these figures aren't being made any more, if you don't get him, I suspect you'll regret it.
