Would it be consistent with fluff that the Mordian Iron Guard would have superheavy tanks such was the Stormblade/Baneblade?
My other tanks are all done Mordian as are the heavy weapons suqads with Cadians being the meat shield.

I'd like to keep the consistency of the paint scheme with the Mordians but if I recall from the 2nd ed fluff (which I dont think has been updated) Mordian is more a Hive world?
Would they have access to superheavies?

Are Mordians part of the Imperial Guard?

IF yes, go on field those super-heavies.

Actual IG codex left the Mordians a bit alone in the dark so lets fall back to the former codices.
Focus on Infantry and city fight IMO, plus used to nightfights.
Maybe a Hellhammer could represent their idea of fighting in dense terrain ( buildings/ruins ).

I don't see a reason to exclude vehicles. Departmento Munitorum could provide neccessary wargear when a regiment is
fielded in an unusal theatre of war.
So if you already have Tanks and they are not fighting in CoD, a few extra big Tanks wouldn't hurt...

Mordian 3rd Heavy Tank Company

The 3rd Mordian Heavy Tank Company is known to include a Mars pattern Shadowsword (possibly known as Alpha Three7-p6) as the third tank of the company, although the rest of the company is a mix of Baneblades, Shadowswords and Stormblades. It is possible that this tank has had two confirmed titan kills.

All super heavies to me so you can make a whole Super Hvy Company and call them the 3rd Heavy tank Company.
