Hi!
Im Mock Heroic (Stephen.)
Im 24 and have literally wanted to get into the hobby since i was about 10 which was about the time when my Dad actually bought me the Necromunda boxset. As i had no one to play it with or no idea how to actually paint them to a reasonable standard they remained shelved. It wasnt untill a new guy started at my work a year or two ago that i got interested in playing again. It was the first thing we had in common and he roped me into the hobby and iv been loving it ever since!
At the minute i only play 40k and not nearly as much as i want to, iv got around 2000 points of Necrons and im starting a Space Marine army at the minute. Im doing them as White Minotaurs as iv not seen anyone else do them and i think it opens up some nice oppourtunitys to make my Marines a little differnt. Soon ill be working on a Fantasy army aswell but im stuck between Dwarfs, Skaven and waiting for possible new Tomb Kings haha. I paint at a fairly basic level but try to make it at least as table top worthy as i can.
Anyway, hope to be contributing a great deal in the future!

As i said up there (was proberbly lost in the wall of text haha) il be doing White Minotaurs. There in the 'How to paint Space Marines' book under the codex chapters. Gold and black with red shoulder pads. Iv painted one up and it turned out ok so i think i will be carrying on with them. The only thing that puts me off a little is the obvious lack of characters and the fact they wont ever be supported by any fluff or FW.
But anyway, thanks for replyin everyone.

Thanks again everyone! Just gone and bought a battleforce to start my White Minotaurs. Im interested in doing a little project thread about it with pictures and the sort, not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask but if anyone could give me hints or just point me in the right direction then it would be appreciated haha!
