I ran a very similar to this and I would cut out 1 or 2 squads of warriors for Immortals and/or flayed ones.

Never a good necron list contains pariahs...
Extremely lack of anti-tank fire.

Not in 5th. Pariahs are expensive but they are also Warscythe equipped Immortals. They suffer from lack of wbb(which you don't get to use in 5th much anyway) and they can't be teleported. But the enemy will come to you in 5th anyway so it's no big loss. The real strength of Pariahs is that they are fearless and cannot be swept.

I've started to run Pariahs for giggles and surprisingly they cause some headaches for Marine players who think their SS/TH termies are immortal lol

Except at I3 they're going to get chewed up. against pretty much anything BUT entire squads PF/ TH users. And at T5, immortals nearly always get a WBB save except against S10 ordnance and power weapons that they should not have been anywhere near anyway!
They're too vulnerable and you can't protect them the way you can other units in the army. Maybe taking a small squad as a counterassault unit, but they're not mobile enough to be an assault unit in their own right.
If only we had a transport for them.

Only few times to test them, and I'll never do it again until they get a new codex.
Half of them were shot to death on the way to assault, the rest were promptly cleaned up by things moving at higher initiatives.
The only success I ever had with them was to hold them back as a counter-assault unit to deal with termie spamming.

You're playing Necrons. Your whole force should be doing that any way.

Then I don't need to spend 360 points on a counterassault unit that does nothing the entire game and is really only good against a couple kinds of units (sub-2I units, dreads whom I'd be able to disable with gauss fire anyway). 360 points is too much for a freaking contingency plan. I'd rather spend those points on something that will actively put me toward a win.

I'd rather spend it on something that can't be Swept and can reduce my opponents leadership(especially when I use the Deceiver) You don't have to take 10.

T5 or not, they're not going to get within 6 inches of something without getting blown to bits. Taking 36 point models (and you'll need as many as possible to ensure survivors) so that your 300 point HQ can have a 50% chance of making someone go to ground instead of a 35% chance before getting blasted to oblivion by enemy shooting is just a bad idea.
They'll accomplish some nice shooting against orks, eldar, tau, or IG, but they will never even come close to making their points back unless they go into melee with something slower than them that doesn't have power weapons and close to full strength. Marine players aren't going to just walk 10 TH/ SS termies into melee with pariahs any sensible player is going going to blow them away the second they're visible. And if you keep them in cover, you'll never be within 6 inches of something to use the Deceiver's ability on.
If they counted as Necrons and got WBB like immortals it really would be a different story. I'd shack them up with a footslogging scythe lord and a veil and wreak havok: they would be a very nasty unit. But 36 points for something so easily avoided or destroyed is a waste of points in big games.
Maybe a small squad in a smaller game like 1000-1250, but at 2000 points they are going to die.
