You didn't say so I'll just presume you're looking for ways to improve the list.

The biggest issue I see is you're wasting points with your Wych Squads by taking the T.Helm. If you have an Agoniser there is no advantage to having a T.Helm versus taking the much more affordable splinter pistol. Save the points and drop the T.Helm.

Also - do you equip your dracons with anything? They actually come with no weapons at all so you might as well at least spend 2 points each and hand them a splinter pistol and CCW combo.
