p. 33 waagh! banner: A warband's banner is decorated with flyphs...blah blah...A mob including a Waagh! banner was +1 WS.
Do waagh banners stack?

Does the mob include a waagh banner? If yes, then it gets +1 WS. More waagh banners doesn't change this.

Based on the wording I would say no. It doesn't say a banner confers a +1 it just states that mob gains +1 if there is a banner included.
Does a model have a banner? yes? +1

I agree. Basically it sounds as if it's saying: "is there a waaagh! banner somewhere in that unit? If there is all nobz in the unit get +1 WS."
So, no, i don't think it stacks.
