I made a list that relies on many deepstriking units, which I feel not many people are going to expect from CSM. I'm not positive on it being a very strong list, but it seems like an interesting concept.

I think chosen would be a smarter option for your theme. Other than that you just need to try it out. I personally refuse to use daemons in my lists until they give us back our 4 god variants. If you can get the daemons out when you need them and where you could really do some damage, but how often is that going to happen?

I hate daemon summoming armies because it's like a jack-in-the-box with a spring that hasn't been oiled in ages. It might pop open, or it might fizzle.

However, in actual critique, given your theme I agree the bikers are an out of character addition. perhaps chosen would work better. I agree with Halsfield,
until the 4 god options come back to daemons, it's hard to include them in an army when CSM are slightly more expensive and don't need to be summoned.
If the lesser daemons are a travesty, the greater daemon is even more so because they should be max flavor, not flavorless.

I would suggest you play-test it as said above. I guarantee it'll only take about 1-2 games for you to feel out how it plays against other armies.
I personally prefer the idea of using a GD or just one squad of LD's so that it's not an army theme, but a mindscrew for your opponent to try and figure out
when that one pesky MC/unit comes charging out.
