1465pts If my calculations are correct. Looking for ways to fill it out. Right now I'm considering RoWarding and 2 shuricannon upgrades for my serp/falcon. Thoughts?

Background
I've tested this list with very slight variants 4 times now all against a BW heavy Ork list. It's been very close every time with Orks winning the majority. Every squad seems to be optimal with my playstyle thus far. The storm guards are very versatile, the DA's can Bladestorm and confound enemies while fortuned, and the scorpion squad usually clean up when I don't play overly defensive and wait too long to disembark. I know I could buy something pretty awesome instead of Yriel but he's been extremely successful for me against large numbers and character assassination. The farseer is standard, the list wouldn't work without him
from what I've seen. So that's why I'm asking for tips on the remaining points, and perhaps some ideas on the tank upgrades.

This is the core of my list that will eventually move up to what seems is US standard of 17-1850pt range. I've always played 1500 so I'm starting in my comfort range. I posted this on another site for feedback and came up with this after swapping out some rangers for the DA in Falcon, dumping guide from seer, and putting stones on vehicles. I have gotten no use out of stones yet as I've gotten no experience in 5th against a shooty opponent.
My intent at larger points are double-shuricannon vypers and fire prisms added to this list with minor tweaks to this core fit the points in. The unbiquitous scatterwalkers are awesome, but just aren't my style.

Thanks for your help!

There’s not much you can accomplish with the 35 points to spend. One solution would be to shave off points elsewhere to get a unit you want (Vyper/Fire Prism):

The 11th Storm Guardiian:, underslung cannon, pw+shield, the holo field and Yriel are things that could be left out in order to get one or more of the items on your wishlist.

Thanks for the advice. I've also been considering that 11th guardian as a potential drop. I really soul-search about the holo-field.
It seems that everyone has an opinion about prisms and falcons with them. Some positive, some negative. As I mostly play against
Orks I've kept it on as not to 'gear' my list towards Orks. I want an 'all comers' list if at all possible and try to keep that in mind when
I make modifications. The SS/PW combo on the DA exarch has been a life saver for me and I won't drop Yriel even for a Prism
unfortunately, so I could go the route of taking off the underslung cannons for the most part, and squeeze in a vyper.

My end decision on the holo-field and keeping it was due to my list having fewer vehicles than many min-max mechdar lists on the forums.
I realize that I have less targets, so survivability seemed the logical way to go.

how about more flamers.. ditch the falcon and 5 dire avengers, get a waveserpent and go with another squad of stormguardians? armed exactly as you have the first squad. Waveserpent armed the same too.

Except... I don't see the point of spirit stones on those serpents. I think they are useless unless you are running a dedicated assault unit, or fire dragons. Anyhow, you have enough points left over to upgrade all remaining serpents to TL ELM's and shuriken cannons, at least one serpent should be brightlance though... Battle wagons need something to fear. I would probably downgrade the scorpions wave serpent to a ELM, and a regular troop serpent to a brightlance combo.

ELM and shuriken cannon work well together... you can move 12" and fire both... kinda :p

I'm not a huge fan of scorpions... yes you can outflank, but they aren't as fast as banshees to get into combat.. against orks.. I can see why you want them over banshees.
