Here's the first squad of Cadians for my Imperial Guard army. I've got a bunch of Catachans that I'll have pictures of soon too!

And a little battle against some of my kommandos:

I'm always adding more stuff, so keep checking further down the thread for more Guard!

So nobody responded but I'll post more 'CAUSE THAT'S JUST HOW I ROLL.

Here's my combined force of Cadians and Catachans so far. We've got an infantry squad each of Cadians and Catachans, a Catachan veteran squad, and my platoon command. The veterans are currently missing a sergeant, since I don't have the Sergeant Harker model yet.

Looking good, though I would say forget about painting the eyes on the rank and file. Save it for your Chars.

I didn't used to, or at the very least I'd only paint in a white block. This started to freak me out a little, since it made all my guys look like they were possessed. It didn't take long to do the eyes, even if most of them are hilarious. The number of cross eyed Cadians and lazy eyed Catachans is astounding. Thanks for the comment though - I have a unit of 50 conscripts coming up in my future, and I think all their eyes might be a pain.

I agree with Lennysmash. It makes the models look too starey as well. Not that I can comment, I can barely fill in a shoulder pad let alone paint an eye!

So it's been about two weeks, but I've got more Guard to post! Up today is a veteran squad led by Sergeant Apone (my counts-as Bastonne with a custom moustache) and a platoon command squad with my counts-as Chenkov.
